Today most of people not just ignore this important aspect of their life and also totally avoid them, but the thing is if we ill, not feeling well or just caught in different diseases then how can we achieve our life goals, How can we balance and maintain our relationships or how we can contribute positively for the prosperity in our society.

Take a balance diet: That is also vey important and key factor your life if you want to stay in good health, you must take good diet which include milk, egg, meat, fresh fruits, vegetables, fresh juices, smoothies, whole grains, pulses, nuts, fiber and minerals. Avoid oily, junk, tin packed carbonated food, packed juices and drinks especially use of alcohol if you eats oily junk food on daily basis which also contain carbonated and alcoholic items it will put great impact on your health, your health will be decline rapidly but also you will gain weight and also get other health issues like sugar, blood pressure bone muscles weakness lungs and heart diseases.
3. Physical activity and reduce sitting: If you want stay healthy, physical activity is very important and key factor of this discussion, mostly doctors suggest doing walk of 30 minutes with high speed, jogging or running is good for your health but you can also doing other physical activities like playing different sports, doing gym , exercises and different work outs it will maintain your health and weight , and also it will help to stay away from different diseases, or also you have to reduce long time sitting in one posture like in offices and shops if you work in shops and malls because it create big issue in declining health its increase in obesity and also great effect on bones structure you will may hurt and get constant pain if you sit for the long time in one posture
4. Mental health and stress management: Mental health is also very important factor for healthy life style because it belongs to your inner peace. Extra stress also create a lot of issues on your health , there are different factors which create stress like work load, long negative thinking on particular issue, long screening time, long work hours, bad relationships with spouse and relatives and many other __ you will get anxiety, blood pressure, depression issues and also it causes brain diseases like brain hemorrhage and nervous break down, if you faces these issues from longer time and secondly it will get straight effect on your behavior , you will become violented and panic and you want to stay alone and start getting avoiding people.
